По сравнению с переломами ладьевидной кости переломы остальных костей запястья редки и не представляют проблем для лечения. Перелом обычно распознается на основании рентгеновских снимков. Особое расположение костей запястья не дает возможности слишком больших смещений, и поэтому большинство переломов не сопряжено со смещениями.
Переломы костей запястья лечатся .консервативно. Репозиции, как правило не требуется, поэтому для иммобилизации на набухший лучеза-пястный сустав на несколько дней накладывается дорзальная гипсовая шина. Вслед за этим, в за-нисимости от локализации и распространения перелома, на 3—6 недель накладывается круговая гипсовая повязка. Склонность переломов костей запястья к заживлению хорошая.
